Rotanas stimulate the core, strengthen its deep stabilizing system and are ideal for developing coordination and balance. It also helps to slim the figure in the area of the hips and oblique abdominal muscles and helps to strengthen the legs and hip muscles. Rotana is an exercise tool that can be used by the whole family, regardless of gender or age. Especially for children, the rotating plate is a great attraction when they spin in a sitting or on their tummies and strengthen their whole body.

Materials + Care

Instructions for Use and Maintenance:

• Barefoot Use: To maximize the orthopaedic benefits (reflex massage, acupuncture stimulation, and muscle activation), the mats should always be used barefoot.
• Routine Cleaning: Vacuum the mats regularly using a soft brush attachment to remove dust, crumbs, and hair without scratching the surface.
• Washing: Wash the tiles with lukewarm, soapy water (a mild dishwashing liquid or basic low-pH soap works perfectly). You can spot-clean them with a damp cloth or take them to the tub/shower to rinse them off completely.
• Heat Warning: Do not place the puzzle mats directly on top of a hot radiator or right next to an intense heat source, as extreme heat can warp the plastic.
• What to AVOID: Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or highly abrasive scrubbing tools, as these can degrade the softened PVC and fade the vibrant colors.
• Material: flexible PVC - tested according to EU standard EN 71-1:2014 + A1:20
