This set is inspired by natural surfaces found in woods or meadows. Each mat has a unique texture that mimics natural surfaces such as grass, roots, or pebbles. The shades of green, beige, and brown make you feel like you're taking a walk in nature, even in the midst of hectic city life.

 

The set is designed for advanced walkers. The variety of surfaces they walk on is most important for proper arch formation and strengthening the entire muscle tone of the lower legs and core: hard, soft, cold, warm, prickly, soft, flat, or convex.

Materials + Care

Instructions for Use and Maintenance:

• Barefoot Use: To maximize the orthopaedic benefits (reflex massage, acupuncture stimulation, and muscle activation), the mats should always be used barefoot.
• Routine Cleaning: Vacuum the mats regularly using a soft brush attachment to remove dust, crumbs, and hair without scratching the surface.
• Washing: Wash the tiles with lukewarm, soapy water (a mild dishwashing liquid or basic low-pH soap works perfectly). You can spot-clean them with a damp cloth or take them to the tub/shower to rinse them off completely.
• Heat Warning: Do not place the puzzle mats directly on top of a hot radiator or right next to an intense heat source, as extreme heat can warp the plastic.
• What to AVOID: Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or highly abrasive scrubbing tools, as these can degrade the softened PVC and fade the vibrant colors.
• Material: flexible PVC - tested according to EU standard EN 71-1:2014 + A1:20
